A +15 timed with nobody dying and every reachable cast kicked - and 18 M of damage from debuffs that were never cleansed.

This was the hardest key of the night and the cleanest. Zero deaths, 29:55 against a 32:00 par, and the group stopped 84 of 84 casts it could physically reach - a perfect interrupt key, which almost never happens.

Nothing here was anybody's fault. The one real leak was dispels: 21 of 45 damaging dispellable debuffs were removed, and the ones left up did 18,052,985 damage. Razor Dive alone accounted for 11.8 M of that across 12 uncleansed applications and 115 seconds of uptime. That is a pug healer on a +15 and not a group failing, but it is the single biggest recoverable number in the run.

The grades need reading carefully. Doryhunky's C+ is the lowest score in a key where he tanked a +15 without dying and absorbed 167.8 M - 49% of everything the party took. Almost all of that gap is measurement, not play, and the section below says which part is real. Hyporock posted the best grade in the key on the back of interrupts, and his damage was the lowest of the three damage dealers - also explained below, and it is the same thing that shows up in every key tonight.

What to change, biggest first

  1. Doryhunky: the only real item on your sheet is the 12% of worst-damage windows that arrived with nothing up - in the other three keys tonight that was 100%. Everything else in your C+ is the model comparing you to your own damage dealers.
  2. Hyporock: nothing to change on interrupts - 27 stops against 18 expected was the best in the key and it is what carried the grade.
  3. Hyporock: Blade of Justice is the one button to fix, and it is the same in every key tonight. See The Blinding Vale for the measurement.
  4. Nothing to change on the interrupt rotation as a group - 84 of 84 reachable casts stopped is as good as this axis gets.

Notes

Where the numbers need a second look

Why Doryhunky's C+ overstates the problem

Four of his seven axes cannot move much on a key like this, and three of them are ranks rather than measurements.

**Damage 57** reads "99,371 dps, 47% of the average DPS". That is a comparison against the three damage dealers in his own party, not a standard. A Vengeance Demon Hunter at roughly half the group's damage is normal, and the archive's tank damage band was cut on a corpus that has aged - treat this number as noise.

**Interrupts 72** says 32 stops against 35 expected. The group stopped *everything reachable*. There was nothing left to take.

**Activity 61** comes from 94.7% engaged. The band is steep there; he was on buttons essentially all key.

The part that **is** real is **mitigation 66**. It splits into two halves: 97% of the defensive uptime his kit can hold, which is excellent, and **88% of the worst damage windows covered**, which is the outlier. In the other three keys tonight that second half was 100%. On the hardest key of the night, one window in eight arrived without a defensive up. That is the only thing in his sheet worth acting on.

Hyporock: best grade, lowest damage

B+ and the top score in the key, carried by interrupts - 27 stops against 18 expected, the most of anyone.

His damage was 198,408, or 90% of what the other two damage dealers managed. That is his weakest axis and it is the same story in all four keys tonight: **Blade of Justice**. He cast it 151 times here, and 141, 141 and 141 in the three keys that followed - a nearly fixed number regardless of how long the key ran. The Blinding Vale analysis has the head-to-head against a second Retribution Paladin running an almost identical build, and it is decisive.

Holy Power overcap was **26% - 505 wasted of 1,933 generated**, his worst of the night. Some of that is structural on heavy AoE and cannot be fixed. The rest follows the same button.

One thing that stands out and is worth keeping: his Crusading Strikes rate here was about 26 a minute against roughly 37 in the later keys. Den ran only 84% combat against 91-94% elsewhere, so part of that is the route, but not all of it.

The dispel gap, in context

45 damaging dispellable debuffs landed. 21 came off. The 24 that stayed did 18,052,985 damage - 5.3% of everything the party took.

The breakdown, by uptime rather than count, which is what matters:

  Razor Dive 12 left up 115s 11,792,416
  Toxic Spores 10 left up 113s 4,202,029
  Glacial Torment 2 left up 20s 2,058,540

Razor Dive is also on three players' "the enemy chose the targets" list, so it is not a positioning failure - the boss picked who got it. It just needed removing faster.

For comparison, the party's damage eaten by shields on the enemies was 1.9% (26.9 M, all Rumbling Ward on Terra Rumbler). That shield carries no dispel type, so nothing could have been done about it. In two of tonight's later keys that same number is the largest finding in the run - here it is genuinely clean.
