The key ended mid-pull at 3:54 while it was still on pace with Friday's timed run.

Prot Warrior pulled the opener and both Tender packs together, and the group held all 15 enemies, losing Fury Warrior and the healer. Hyporock's Intercession had the healer back within seconds. The next pull cost Fury Warrior his second death. At 3:50 the fight reset with the mobs evading and everyone topped off, and the whole group left together a few seconds later. By then the group had 14 kills, one fewer than Friday's timed run at the same point. The log doesn't show who called it. Fury Warrior said both deaths were a lack of heals. The first partly was, since the healer died 2 seconds after him. The second was mostly his own, from Rotten Ground he stood in for about 3 seconds.

Intercession on the healer

Resto Shaman died in the middle of the opener, and your Intercession had her back up 4 seconds later. Earlier, your Blessing of Protection on her at 32% cleared a Razor Dive bleed.

WHY
Your Sacrifice reached Fury Warrior at 1%, and he died a second later. He had been in that danger zone for about 3 seconds before it.
PAYOFF
Earlier, it moves enough of the bleed and Feast to you for a heal to land on him.

How it went

  1. 1:38CascadeFury Warrior and Resto Shaman in 2 s, to Razor Dive and Rotten Ground. Fury Warrior went first. 1 of 2 with no defensive pressed.
  2. 3:24Fury Warrior to Feast of Misery from Spirit of Hunger. Blessing of Sacrifice from Hyporock in the window.
  3. 3:54The key was dropped 3:54 in, with 27:29 left on the timer.

What to change, biggest first

  1. Fury Warrior: step out of Rotten Ground before it ticks
  2. Agree on kicks for the Tender's Earth Bolt
  3. Hyporock: Sacrifice a DPS as soon as they drop under 20%
  4. Talk it through before leaving a key that's on pace

What the group changes together

The opener with both Tender packs worked with this tank and comp, and the pace matched Friday's timed run. Earth Bolt got through 9 times, and one of those was the biggest hit in Fury Warrior's first death. Agree on Tender kicks before the key. Rotten Ground can be stepped out of before it ticks, and the players who moved skipped most of it. A key on pace with no wipe is worth talking through before anyone leaves.

Notes

Where the numbers need a second look

Was it a lack of heals

First death, 1:38: 1.75M taken in 8 s, 687k healed. The biggest hits were a leaked 439k Earth Bolt and Rotten Ground for 282k and 304k. Resto Shaman was at 25-36% herself and died 2 s later, so the heals claim is partly fair there. Second death, 3:24: from 81% at 3:19.4 to 12% at 3:20.4, mostly two 266k Rotten Ground ticks from one 2.9 s stay. He got 1.14M of healing in the last 8 s (Healing Tide, Chain Heal, Healing Wave) and pressed Bloodbath and Thunder Clap at 18% and 4%. Rallying Cry was never pressed all key. Rotten Ground ticks taken per landing: Fury Warrior 8 of 8, Windwalker Monk 4 of 14, Hyporock 5 of 16, Resto Shaman 4 of 8.

How the key ended

At 3:49 every heal on the party started overhealing in full. At 3:50 the 7 remaining enemies lost every debuff and evaded Ravager and Acid Rain, and Windwalker Monk picked up Jade Walk, an out-of-combat buff, at 3:53. At 3:54 every player's auras dropped in the same instant and the log ends; a loading screen followed 12 s later. That reads as the run being ended with everyone inside, not a wipe. Resto Shaman's dispel score of 0 is wrong for this key, because the only dispellable debuff, Insatiable Hunger, landed during the reset.
